VEDIC MEDITATION
Ancient Wisdom.
Effortless Practice.
A Deeper Way of Living
At Space to Flow we teach an easy and effortless technique known as Vedic Meditation.
Vedic Meditation is an effortless meditation technique originating from the 5,000-year-old wisdom tradition of the Veda.
Unlike many forms of meditation, Vedic Meditation doesn’t ask you to concentrate, control your thoughts or empty your mind. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force.
It is a practice of allowing.
Designed for everyday life, Vedic Meditation offers a simple yet powerful way to step out of the demands of the day, restore your energy and cultivate greater clarity, resilience and presence

Day 1: Receive your mantra
Day 2: Refining the Practice
Day 3: Deepening Understanding
In the first session you’ll receive your personal mantra and learn the technique to effortlessly enter the meditative state. The teacher will guide you through your first meditation and ensure you feel comfortable with the technique. This session is designed to be simple, clear, and experiential—no prior knowledge or special ability is required
On the second day, you’ll review the mechanics of the technique and learn how to meditate effortlessly without trying to control the mind. The teacher will explain what’s happening during meditation—why thoughts arise, how stress is released, and how to know if you’re practicing correctly. There is also time for questions and shared experiences.
The final day builds on your experience, helping you gain confidence and consistency in your practice. You’ll learn about the deeper principles behind Vedic Meditation, including how it supports the nervous system and enhances daily functioning. Practical guidance is given on integrating meditation into a busy lifestyle, as well as how to handle common challenges that may arise. By the end of the three days, you’ll have a self-sufficient meditation practice—one you can continue independently, with the option of ongoing support from your teacher whenever needed.
