FAQS

The address is 10 Raftons Rd, Bangalow NSW 2479, Australia.

Will this workshop be held again in the future?

This workshop is one we will be offering again in the future as one of our staples. However this will be the only time that this workshop will be offered at the current rate and will increase in subsequent events.

Are all meals vegetarian?

Yes all meals provided will be vegetarian. Dietary variations accommodated upon request at time of booking.

How many people will be attending?

There will be a maximum of 12 women – plus us! This ensures maximum individual attention and intimacy.

What are the payment terms?

Non refundable unless a suitable replacement is found before February 21st. Beyond this date no refunds will be permitted.

Any particular items I should pack?

Comfortable clothing, water bottle and optional yoga mat (we will be providing but some people love their own!)

I’m pregnant or preparing to conceive, but I do not have any children. Is this workshop still relevant for me?

ABSOLUTELY! All Mothers and Mothers to be are welcome. It is our belief that postpartum health and care is way to far down the hierarchy of needs when it comes to preparing for a baby and that education about this crucially beautiful and sometimes vulnerable period of Motherhood should begin as early as possible.

Can I bring my child?

Newborns in arms welcome. But to be respectful and fair to everyone, this workshop is intended for Mothers to recharge, rejuvenate and be inspired with a little adult time!
